Terms of Acceptance

Securing Appointment Date: Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All booking for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.

Deposit: To obtain the services(s) you want on the specific day and time(s) you need, we require a $100 deposit and signed agreement from the bride. Please keep in mind that should any party member change a prearranged service on the date of the service, 100% of the charge will apply. Your balance can be paid by cash or credit card at the conclusion of your appointment for services performed in the salon. If you wish to use a check to pay your balance, you must do so one week (7 days) in advance of the reserved date.

Additional charges: Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added.

Travel Fee: On location travel fee is 100.00 dollars for a distance of 30 miles radius from our Carnegie location. Locations beyond the 30 mile radius is an additional 1.00 each way. Any fees for hotel or city parking will be an additional charge.


Bride is responsible for parking fees which is an additional fee for all hotels and city parking.

Gratuity: An 18% tip will be included in the total.

Contract and Appointment Changes: All agreements will be made in writing. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing (no changes will be made over the telephone). Changes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the service date. The bride/individual signing this contract is the only person permitted to authorize, submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party. Contracts and changes made by anyone other than the individual signing or listed on this contract are not allowed and considered invalid. Tina Tomachesky (Owner) is the only authorized personnel to accept and make any requested changes.

Acceptance of Agreement

Please understand that you are taking full responsibility for your group. If you are in agreement, please promptly sign and return to Antina's salon. We will not consider your appointment(s) firm until receipt of the signed agreement.
